The Monviso Fund aims to enhance the real estate assets of the contributor, in order to improve the economic and energy efficiency performance of the properties, to divide the net result deriving from both the management and the disinvestment of the investments among the Participants. The Fund's portfolio to date consists of 3 properties for office use located in Turin and Milan, and has already proceeded with the disposal of a property in Milan for hotel use.
