The "Fondo Immobiliare Enti di Previdenza dei Professionisti" (FIEPP) pursues a strategy aimed at acquiring portfolios consisting of prime properties, in central areas of Italy's most important cities and leased mainly to prime tenants. The portfolio consists of 14 properties, with residential, office and retail uses. The fund shall be used in an intense scouting activity aimed at identifying additional real estate opportunities in line with the strategy pursued.
