The "ICCREA BANCA IMPRESA" Fund (FIBI) is focused on the implementation of social housing initiatives through the acquisition of assets directly from private entrepreneurs, customers of the banking group to whom land financing has been provided for the development of real estate initiatives that, due to the current economic situation, have not been started or have remained unfinished or unsold. The fund's portfolio includes residential assets, most of them on long-term leases.
