The Emilia Romagna Social Housing Fund (FERSH) is dedicated to implementing and managing social housing interventions in the territory of Emilia Romagna to support and complement the housing policies of local authorities. Its management combines profitability and ethical/social goals. To date, the fund consists of 8 initiatives distributed in various municipalities in Emilia Romagna.
