The Atheneum Fund is a platform dedicated to the development of student housing in Italy. The fund’s first project is located in Bologna, on Via Rimesse, and involves the redevelopment of an abandoned area to create a modern student residence with around 550 beds, as well as shared spaces for studying, socializing, relaxing, and leisure activities. Upon completion, the building will be certified LEED Platinum.
