Nyx

The Fund was established as part of a transaction aimed at acquiring an initial portfolio comprising 94 real estate assets originating from leasing agreements and financing arrangements of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, for a total consideration of €70.3 million.

The acquisition of the portfolio was completed in three successive phases between December 2017 and October 2018.

The Fund’s management strategy envisages the progressive disposal of the entire real estate portfolio by the end of 2027, with no capital expenditure (capex) planned, except for ordinary maintenance and works required to ensure the safety and security of the properties.

As a result of the disposals completed over the years, the Fund currently holds 10 assets.
