INVESTIRE SGR (BANCA FINNAT GROUP) COMPLETES THE FIFTH EDITION OF THE ADVANCED EXECUTIVE PROGRAM MASTER CLASS IN STRATEGIC FINANCE REAL ESTATE

  • During yesterday afternoon’s closing event, four concepts developed within an Experimental Lab—created as part of the Master program—were presented, with the objective of designing a redevelopment project for a 1930s public office building located in the historic center of Naples;
  • Four leading architecture firms partnered in the Lab initiative: Asti Architetti, Giuseppe Tortato Architetti, Il Prisma, and Scandurra Studio;
  • Following the diploma ceremony, the “Investire Awards” were presented: Best Piazza Diaz Redevelopment Concept, the “Anna Pasquali Award” for Best External Participant, the “Alessandro Aceto Award” for Best Internal Participant, and the “Giampietro Nattino Award” for the Winning Team of the Master’s edition.

Rome, April 23, 2026 – The closing event of the fifth edition of the Advanced Executive Program in Strategic Finance Real Estate took place yesterday afternoon at the St. Regis Hotel in Rome. The program is organized by Investire SGR (Banca Finnat Group), a leading Italian real estate investment fund manager, and is held under the patronage of LUMSA Master School, Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, and Arel (Associazione Real Estate Ladies), with technological support from Tecma Solution and ImmoGroup.

The initiative, part of the broader Finnat Academy Investire Master Class program, offered participants—selected from clients and employees of Investire and Banca Finnat—a structured pathway for sharing know-how in real estate investment management.

The event opened with welcome remarks by Arturo Nattino, CEO of Banca Finnat Euramerica and Chairman of Investire SGR, followed by the presentation of four concepts developed within the Experimental Architecture Lab. The Lab was created by Investire in partnership with four architecture firms—Asti Architetti, Il Prisma, Giuseppe Tortato Architetti, and Scandurra Studio—which competed to develop an innovative redevelopment proposal for an existing asset.

This year’s project focused on a 1930s building of over 31,000 square meters located in Via Armando Diaz, Naples, part of the FIP Fund and currently used as a public office.

Following the diploma ceremony, the event also featured the presentation of the “Investire Awards”: Best Piazza Diaz Redevelopment Concept, the “Anna Pasquali Award” for Best External Participant, the “Alessandro Aceto Award” for Best Internal Participant, and the “Giampietro Nattino Award” for the winning team of this edition.
