The purpose of VIA CAVOUR SICAF S.p.A. is to transform the existing owned property complex (approximately 11,500 sq m) into a new 5-star eco-luxury lifestyle hotel. The complex, consisting of six adjacent freestanding buildings with a mixed residential/hotel use, is located in the heart of Rome, near the Cavour metro station on line B, between Via Cavour, Via Sforza, Largo Visconti Venosta, and Via Giovanni Lanza.
