Fondo Emilia Romagna Social Housing was established in 2011 with a duration of 25 years and is reserved to qualified investors. 

The primary aim of the Fund is to respond to the housing shortage in the Emilia Romagna region by increasing the supply of social housing, combining economic returns with social objectives for institutional investors interested in achieving ethical goals. FERSH Fund’s initiatives are aimed at providing affordable housing solutions in a social context that promotes integration and direct participation of the members of the community.
