FIEPP fund, established in 2008 with a duration of 30 years, is a closed-end real estate fund reserved to qualified investors.

During 2009, the fund made its first investments, acquiring two office buildings located in the centre of Milan and Rome. Following these, in line with fund’s strategy, FIEPP continuously increased the value of the portfolio by performing new acquisitions of trophy assets, office and retail, in the main Italian cities and by an active asset management of its portfolio.
