FPEP fund, established in 2008 with a duration of 30 years, is a closed-end real estate fund reserved to qualified investors set up for an Italian social security institute.
FPEP strategy is to manage and dispose the contributed portfolio, made up of office and residential buildings, by enhancing the profitability of the assets through an intensive asset management activity carried out by InvestiRE SGR team.
The Fund’s portfolio consists of assets spread over the Italian territory, mainly concentrated in the city of Rome, which accounts for about 49% (in terms of open market value) and 30% (in terms of sqm) of the total portfolio.
The main asset class of the portfolio is residential and office for a total surface of approx. 155,000 sqm.
