Fondo Primo, established in 2010 with a duration of 30 years, is a closed-end real estate fund dedicated to qualified investors set up for an Italian pension fund of a primary Italian bank.
The fund’s strategy is to invest with a long-term view in real estate assets, directly or indirectly. The fund can invest in all type of assets and in development projects, in Italy or abroad (this latter, only indirectly, through other funds).
As of today, the fund has acquired an office in a top location in northern Italy and it has invested in units of two real estate funds, one with assets located throughout the Italian territory and one investing in US real estate assets.
