Dario Valentino
Chief Executive Officer
Graduated in Economics from Rome University “La Sapienza”, Dario held various leadership positions  in the financial sector, including Treasury Manager at Cofiri, Treasury Manager and Asset/Liability Manager at Cariverona Banca SpA and Financial Risk Manager at Mediocredito.

In 1999 he started working in the real-estate sector at Beni Stabili SpA as Corporate Development Manager, responsible for business planning, strategic projectsand investor relations. During this period he worked on the spin-off and listing of Beni Stabili (the leading Italian property company) and on some key real estate transactions (such as acquisition of a Telecom company branch for an amount of 2.9 billion euro). During that period he was also Board Member of various companies in the Group.

With Banca Finnat Euramerica SpA Group since September 2001, he played a pivotal role in the development of Investire Immobiliare SGR SpA (now InvestiRE SGR SpA), of which he has been the Managing Director since February 2002. He supervised all the most relevant real-estate transactions carried out over the years, such as the launch of the Fondo Investire Residenziale 1 and 2, FIP, Obelisco and FIEPP  funds for a total of over 4 billion Euro of assets under management.
Domenico Bilotta
Managing Director – Head of Long Term, Residential & Shared Service
Graduated with honours in Economics and Business at “La Sapienza” University in Rome, Professional Accountant and Auditor, he has nearly 25 years of experience in Real Estate and Finance, having held high level positions in the Advisory, Property, Asset and Fund Management sectors with some leading national and international real-estate players.  

In 1991, after serving as Reserve Officer in the Guardia di Finanza Corps, he started his career in strategic consulting with the set-up of the Real Estate practice at Arthur Andersen MBA.  

In 1995 he joined as Senior Project Manager the Ina Assitalia Group, responsible for the restructuring of the Real Estate investment and management area, which then led to the set-up of the first property company quoted on the Italian stock exchange - Unim S.p.A. – in which he served as Head of Organisation and Information Systems.

 Between 1999 and 2009 he worked in Pirelli Real Estate, with increasing responsibilities in the  Property and Fund Management sectors, until 2007 when he was promoted to Executive Director Asset Management & Services Italy with responsibility for coordinating the product and market services of the Italian offices, with a portfolio under management of over € 5 billion.

In 2009 he joined Investire Immobiliare SGR SpA (now InvestiRE SGR SpA) as General Manager and later took on the role of Managing Director.
Anna Pasquali
Managing Director – Head of Specialistic Markets
Graduated with honours in Architecture from “La Sapienza” University in Rome and Master’s Degree from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Anna has more than 25 years’ experience in the Real-Estate sector and has managed some of the most important extraordinary transactions on the Italian market carried out by Italian companies and credit institutions. After having worked with some qualified architects’ offices, she joined Gruppo Poste Italiane in 1998, as Head of the Real-Estate Management Service, coordinating at a national level the optimization of all real-estate assets of the Group. in 2001, following the spin-off of the Europa Gestioni company, she became Director of Operations, responsible for management and development of the portfolio (101 buildings – about € 650 million in terms of value).  From 2002 to 2004 she managed the “Portfolio Valorisation” Office” as part of the Real Estate Services and Procurement Central Office of Banca Intesa, firstly in charge of the coordination at national level of the project for the optimisation of the Bank and secondly the Group’s assets and then as Manager in Intesa Real Estate srl, a company that originated from the spin-off of the real estate business, with the task of extracting value from the non-current assets of Gruppo Intesa (about €1.5 billion). In 2004 she joined Gruppo Beni Stabili as head of the Long Term Portfolio Business Unit (total portfolio managed about €3.3 billion) and, subsequently, became Head of Beni Stabili Property Management (now Revalo SpA), a company that provides technical and administrative real-estate management services for all Group’s companies as well as for external clients, with a total portfolio managed of about €5.8 billion. In 2009 she was appointed Managing Director of Beni Stabili Gestioni SpA SGR (total AUM of approx. €1.7 billion).  
Fabio Carlozzo
Managing Director – Head of development & Social Housing
Holder of a degree in Electrical Engineering from “La Sapienza” University in Rome, Fabio has more than 20 years of experience in business development and real-estate activities, with specific focus on development projects and social housing. Until 2001 he was in charge of M&A projects and strategic planning at the Business Development offices of the GE Oil & Gas division (1998-2001) and Corporate Strategy of Enel SpA (1993-1997). In 2002 he became Managing Director of GE Real Estate Italy, in charge of the Real Estate and Non Performing Loans businesses for Italy: after scouting real-estate investment for more than €2 billion, the company closed transactions for a total value of about €850 million.  In his capacity as Managing Director for Italy he was a member of the Corporate Executive Committee of GE Real Estate Europe, with over €10 billion Euro of direct investment in Europe. In Hines Italia since 2005, he was in charge of business and residential development projects, including a project with total investment of  €800 million for developing about 240,000 sq.m. In 2007 he became Managing Director and General Manager of Amplus Italia, a company providing high added value services to national and international investors, with a management portfolio of about 450 buildings.    He has been Real Estate Manager in Polaris since 2009, responsible for the start-up of Polaris Real Estate SGR, a management company focussed on investment services for institutional investors in social housing and speculative portfolios on mixed use, core and value added buildings. In 2012 he became Chief Executive Officer, bringing the assets under management to about €1 billion in 2014, distributed over 7 real-estate funds.
